INFORMATION

Our group support the many therapists located in the North of Essex and Suffolk area. We have been running since February 2019.

Meetings are held bi monthly or as near to that time scale as possible. 

Currently meeting are held either on a Tuesday or Friday morning in Layer de la Haye, Colchester, Essex. 

Being based in North Essex we are close to the Suffolk border and its great to have something for the locally based members to attend and so far, as well as people based in Colchester and Tendring, we attract people from Cambridge and Haverhill. All are welcome, do RSVP so I know you are coming and please do bring along a friend. 

Refreshments are available. Members are encouraged to share their skills with the group either in an informal manner or as a workshop.

Topic: Tea Making and Kinesiology

Date: 21 May

Location: Layer de la Haye Village Hall Annexe, New Cut, Layer de la Haye  Essex

Time: 10am - 12:30pm

Tea making with Julia using plants growing in the wild, taste the freshness growing in our gardens and the hedgerows. 

Plus Kinesiology self balancing with Miranda. We will do movement of the 14 muscles relating to the 14 main meridians and use some simple techniques to bring back balance to our bodies.
