Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emotional form of acupuncture except that needles aren't used. Instead we tap with the fingertips to stimulate certain meridian points while you are tuned into a problem. We are still learning why EFT (and its many cousins) works so well. Reiki is a therapy developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s in Japan. Reiki is said to work by energizing and balancing the subtle energy system, this in turn promotes the body's natural ability to regenerate. Reiki is now being used extensively as a complementary therapy in prisons, hospitals and is included in drug rehabilitation programmes. Reiki training is carried out with different attunements being giving at each level. Therefore all Reiki students begin with level 1 and progress through each level.

· Reiki 1 - Introduction to History of Reiki, Subtle Energy System and Self Treatments
· Reiki 2 - Practitioner Level - giving a professional Reiki treatment and techniques to incorporate Reiki into other therapies, Marketing Reiki treatments to clients
