Job description and benefits:

Due to one of our therapists having to leave due to ill health we are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our wonderful team in providing professional services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and excellent customer service skills.

We are a independently owned Wellness spa with a relaxed empathetic , supportive environment, located in Guildford. Recently nominated for several awards

Every detail is meticulously crafted to cater to our client’s ultimate comfort and rejuvenation including the ambience, scent and lighting . We are looking for a team player who is an experienced therapist who has experience in providing some the following treatments: Deep tissue massage, Relaxation massage, Sports massage, Swedish massage , nail care, facials , waxing, Reflexology and Energy work The candidate should also be able to provide a 5* Customer Service.

In return you will be part of a very special team where we focus on staff wellbeing and client care.

About the Role:
● As an associate therapist , you will infuse passion into every treatment, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
● Demonstrate your commitment to excellence by upholding the highest standards .
● Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end.
● Thoroughly clean and sterilise all tools and equipment before and after each use.
● Always keep the treatment rooms tidy and well-organised.
● embrace our philosophy to support and care for each other as a team .

Qualifications:
● NVQ level 2/ 3 or similar is required.
