Join Tara to experience a short and simple routine of 3 Primal Movements to self-soothe and release tension throughout your body and mind. This technique is part of the Advanced Clinical Psychotactile Psychotherapy Diploma I’ve recently gained. It is a user-friendly and invaluable way I support myself to prepare and unwind from client sessions.

Attendees will gain 2 CPD points, 10 are required throughout the year.
