INFORMATION
The Waterlooville local group is for practitioners, students or people who just have an interest in complementary health, fitness or beauty. We aim to make every meeting both enjoyable and informative with time for everyone to meet. You do not have to be a member of the FHT to attend - if you have friends who might be interested, do bring them along.
Meetings and Events
We would like to invite you to the first meeting of 2025 for our Waterlooville FHT Local Support Group to be held on 15th January meeting with a talk on hypnotherapy by Holly Stone.
Holly Stone
Holly is an experienced Solution Focused hypnotherapist, Supervisor & Senior Lecturer for CPHT Surrey & CPHT Hampshire. In her private practice she works 1-2-1 with clients both in person and online worldwide. She is passionate about supporting children and their families to navigate the world supporting motivation for change and happiness. She support clients in finding motivation to change to help them to cope with the problems that are preventing them from living their life of choice. Including feelings of overwhelm, poor sleep, insomnia, anxiety, stress, depression, CFS/ME, PTSD, fears & phobias, OCD, and more - with a specialist interest in supporting clients with problems associated with disordered eating & weight management working towards food freedom. Following her own personal experience of parenting a child with anorexia she trained with the The National Centre for Eating disorders and holds their Master Practitioner Certificate. She is also CBTi trained the NICE recommended guideline for treating all sleep disorders.
In this talk she will introduce how she found SFH (Solution Focused Hypnotherapy), what it is, how it works and what it can help with; introducing some of her current case studies. Questions are welcome throughout.

- this will be included free to all those who pre pay by January 2025 for year of meetings

Cost:
You can pay cash on the night, or you can pay by bank transfer, details at bottom of email.
We will be offering a pre-payment for year in line with your membership status.
You pay for 5 meetings and get the 6th free and if you can't make it, we will send you a recording of the talk.**
FHT MEMBERS £5 (£25 for year)
EVERYONE ELSE £8 (£40 for year)

The room is in the first building on the left as you arrive on-site via Catherington Lane entrance.
There is additional parking behind the Barton Hall. Look for the FHT signs.
