The Waterlooville local group is for practitioners, students or people who just have an interest in complementary health, fitness or beauty. We aim to make every meeting both enjoyable and informative with time for everyone to meet. You do not have to be a member of the FHT to attend - if you have friends who might be interested, do bring them along.

Vicki Hudson Advanced Reflexology
Vicky Hudson is an amazing practitioner, easy to talk to and with a fascinating journey of accumulated skills that she is going to share. I think this is going to be a really good talk with some hands-on techniques to try.
She used to work in administration and management roles for large corporations, but they had never held her interest, she had no passion for what she did. Then some 30 years ago, she discovered yoga and energy healing and followed it up in 2001 she did a Complimentary therapy at a local college. By May of 2003, with the end of her marriage she took herself off to Tenerife to a 5-star resort and worked in their Salon. Ready for another challenge she returned to the UK in 2010 to study in further depth some of the therapies she’d been using.
Reflexology was her passion, it made her heart sing, so she went on to train in; Maternity Reflexology with Suzanne Enzer, Fertility Reflexology with Barbara Scott, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage with Sally Kay and Nerve Reflexology with Carol Samuel – who continues to mentor her in all areas of her work.
She became Self Employed in 2016 and rented a room at The Natural Therapy Centre in Cosham. This was a wonderful experience and developed into the confident knowledgeable therapist she is now.
In 2022, my colleague who was a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and I moved to Waterlooville and opened Hudson Hay Natural Therapies. Another learning curve for her and within a year they had moved again to Farlington where they are now based in their own premises, and are thriving.
Vicky says she loved Barbara Scott’s course on Fertility, and she’s studied the natural conception method and ayurvedic lifestyle medicine to enable her to give a complete program to her fertility clients and has recently begun a journey to add Lymphatic drainage, so it will be fascinating to see where she is with that.
However, I’m looking forward to also hearing about how reducing her practice to those things she is passionate about has been the greatest challenge but also the most fulfilling part of her journey so far.

The room is in the first building on the left as you arrive on-site via Catherington Lane entrance.
There is additional parking behind the Barton Hall. Look for the FHT signs.
Cost:
You can pay cash on the night, or you can pay by bank transfer
We will be offering a pre-payment for year in line with your membership status.
You pay for 5 meetings and get the 6th free and if you can't make it, we will send you a recording of the talk.
