INFORMATION

Bournemouth FHT local support group is an inclusive group for holistic therapist and those with an interest in holistic therapies. Everyone is welcome, you don’t have to be a member of the FHT to come along, but if you are, you can gain 2 CPD for each meeting you attend. Our aim is to provide a supportive environment for holistic therapist and the wider community in the spirit of our motto - Together We Can.

MEETINGS AND EVENTS 

Topic: Self-Care for Therapists - Kelly Funnel

Location: Moordown Community Centre, 21 Coronation Ave, Bournemouth BH9 1TW

Time: 7-9pm

Kelly Funnel from Tranquility Yoga will lead a gentle yoga session focusing on asanas to support therapists wellbeing.  We will also have an extended check in session where we can share our own well being practices that support us in our roles as therapists.  And, of course, there will be festive treats.
