I’ve had several sessions with Ola and benefited from both her sports massage and reflexology skills

I’ve received treatments for an ongoing hip pain and occasional sore neck and shoulder. Apart from the immediate relaxing feeling during the massage, I can really notice the improvements after the sessions. Her suggested daily exercises are also spot on and have helped me relieve my ongoing pain.
I have recently received a treatment after having had some really painful dental surgery. I had spent a week on painkillers and needed some relaxation and Ola’s massage was very helpful and resulted in a restful sleep after a week of discomfort. I highly recommend her treatments for injury related symptoms and for general well-being.
