Introduction
Katie at Breeze Sports Therapy takes a holistic approach to Sports Therapy. Postural correction, sports injuries and day to day muscular imbalances are addressed through identifying key areas of movement dysfunction. By assessing and addressing muscle firing patterns, and identifying imbalances, and areas of anatomical dysfunction, areas of tightness may be released and weak or inactive tissues may activated and strengthened.
A Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor, Katie will also offer in depth post care and advice, including functional exercises and stretches that will help the client "join the myofacial dots", and improve postural awareness and myofacial balance; helping you correct posture and feel a part of your corrective journey.
