Introduction
At the age of 5, I started my Irish Dancing career and started winning all over the UK and being in the top 10 in Ireland and America. At 18 I became a Professional Irish Dancer and was lucky enough to travel all over the world with my dancing friends. However, injuries, tight muscles etc became a regular occurrence when dancing for two hours non-stop every night. Due to having no physiotherapy, we all began to help by massaging each other when muscle spasms or injuries occurred, during and after the shows. This gave me the inspiration to enrol on a Level 3 Complementary Therapy course, as I thought it was a natural progression.
