Introduction
I've been a holistic therapist since 2003 and love reducing stress, creating balance and helping people to hit the PAUSE button and unwind.

Taking time out to heal your mind and body is an important part of self care. Whether it's a massage, reflexology or perhaps changing your patterns and behaviours with Hypnotherapy, committing time to look after you sends messages to your subconscious that you are looking for the pathway to balance and happiness.

Appointments are hosted in my dedicated treatment space which is based in our lovely garden at my home in rural Brookville in West Norfolk.
