I’ve used Katie for sports massage since she qualified and always an amazing service. Kind, friendly and extremely knowledgable. She has always over come any issue I present with. Recently treated myself to a Hot Stone Massage with Katie and WOW. Takes deep tissue massage to a whole new level. Achieving instant relief, with the added relaxation of the heat. I’m converted! Can’t wait to try the bamboo massage next!

Easily the best deep massage I’ve had!
Riding and racing mountain bikes all my life I’ve suffered a lot of impacts, joint and soft tissue injuries resulting in a body that needs constant maintenance. Katie was able to elevate pain and free up joints I’ve had issues with for years!
An incredible experience all round where going above and beyond is normal. Thank you 🙌🏽

I’ve also had some hot bamboo sessions and the heat makes it even more satisfying, her approach to understanding your needs is second to none and certainly knows how to loosen up the areas most affected. I felt like a new man the next day!!
