Hello and welcome to my profile!

My name is Zara, I am 37 years young & have been working within the beauty industry for over 16 years.

Over the past year, my work has solely become massage based. My last training course with Jing Advanced Massage changed everything & I now only carry out massage therapy to help clients manage chronic pain, help with sports injuries, wellbeing & relaxation.

My massage is a fusion of Eastern & Western techniques combining Deep Tissue, Swedish, Soft Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Amma Fusion & Stretching.
