Introduction
Inspired Therapy was founded based on a personal experience with my Dad's struggle with psoriatic arthritis. Despite taking numerous pain medications, he continued to suffer from chronic pain. Motivated by him, and his situation, in which he never complains, I decided to dig a little deeper. I took a more innovative approach, as this is what I have been brought up on, and put the focus on him, the man in front of me.

This has led to my determination of focusing on who is in front of me, and along the way I have developed a strong skill set in pinpointing specific "trigger points". These are often troublesome places within the muscles, or as I call them, the "main offenders".
