Introduction
Mobile practitioner with over 10 years experience, many of these have been in clinical practice treating a wide variety of sports injuries, aches, pains and niggles. I started my therapy journey with Reiki moving into massage, hot stones and Indian head. I quickly had a thirst for knowledge and moved into advanced sports massage therapy, which I loved. Every day was a school day! I wanted to know more so learned taping, cupping, IASTM and dry needling as well as pregnancy massage with an addition of pre and post natal therapy for more clinical issues in pregnancy. I have found that my Holistics background teamed with more advanced techniques and injury knowledge make me a rounded practitioner able to tailor treatment to you
