Introduction
I'm Rebecca Heap, the founder of Feel Heaps Better. My own journey of overcoming self-doubt and parenting challenges has fueled my passion to help others. At Feel Heaps Better, we empower individuals of all ages to overcome anxiety, fears, and limiting beliefs, fostering resilience and self-worth. We also support parents in navigating challenges, breaking generational cycles, and nurturing their children's growth into confident, self-assured adults. Our mission is to ensure everyone can enjoy life to the fullest and reach their full potential. I also help those with fertility or pregnancy issues or concerns. Join me on this journey towards empowerment and well-being.
