Sports & Remedial Massage: Treatments are tailored to each client and will include a combination of postural assessment, advanced massage and remedial techniques to assist with sport injuries and / or the impact that everyday life can have on our bodies. Remedial exercises or stretches for you to complete at home may also be suggested to help maximise the benefit of the treatment.

ScarWork techniques can be used on old or new scars that have occurred due to accidents or surgical procedures. The techniques can assist with improving the appearance of the scar and help to reduce pain, discomfort and restrictions in the immediate or surrounding areas of the body
