Introduction
I work from Yeleni Therapy & Support Centre in Hereford and I am a Craniosacral Therapist. I qualified at the London College of Craniosacral Therapy with Thomas Atlee. Treatment takes place at the Yeleni centre and involves a very gentle touch of the practitioner's hands. Most people find treatment gentle and relaxing. It is suitable for most people right through life, addressing physical and emotional issues. You will lie down on a comfortable couch, fully clothed, for the treatment. The treatment aims to help you establish a more balanced and integrated state, and support you through physical, mental and emotional difficulties.

I also offer massage, sports massage with trigger point therapy, and Reiki.
