I think techniques that Janet used were: deep tissue massage, nutritional advice, exercise advice, taping, and craniosacral therapy.

"Did you enjoy your treatment?" really isn't the right question. "Was the treatment effective?" would be a better question. Janet is amazing at pulling together many aspects of one's life (eg, physical, nutritional, emotional) and showing what one might do to improve one's functioning.
