Introduction
Hello, I am a massage therapist based in Clifton, Bristol. With Holistic Massage as my initial background, I offer therapeutic/deep tissue massage, concentrating on muscle and bodywork, integrating deep tissue techniques, myofascial release and trigger point work when needed. I am a firm believer in working slowly yet with depth in order to allow the body to soften and so the soft tissue to release.
Each treatment is centred around the client's needs and preferences.
I started my massage journey in 2008/2009. Learning new approaches over the years and gaining more skills, knowledge and techniques has retained and grown my passion for massage and it's essential part of life and health.
