Introduction
Hi, I’m Sinead and have worked in the complementary medicine field for 32 years. I currently practice as a Nutritional Therapist and am trained in Qest4 Energy Medicine. I use the software for health screening and food sensitivity testing and offer nutritional and lifestyle advice based both on my findings. I am trained to level 3 in Anatomy & Physiology both from CIBTAC & ITEC. I am also trained in Swedish massage. I’m particularly interested in Menopause and how nutrition and lifestyle changes can help.
