i started my therapies in 2000 with a diploma in sports therapy and personal training.
2005 diploma in reflexology.
2008 TCM acupuncture at a degree level over 3 years full time.
2014 200 hour yoga teacher

With all my therapies I give you lifestyle advice and give you top tips to improve your health and wellbeing.
As I have trained in many therapies it gives me more tools to help my clients whatever their problems are.
