Introduction
Before becoming a Complementary Therapist I was a teacher for 20 years, and in that time I came to know a lot about stress and the profound effects it can have on individuals. Over the last year I have been working with people who have conditions such as Muscular Sclerosis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME) and have found their condition, and quality have life, have improved dramatically through a variety of therapies. I have also seen positive effects dealing with women’s health issues. Such as fertility and pregnancy, menstrual problems and menopause. I am also trained in Pregnancy Massage.Parking is ample and my location is easily accessible via public transport (Portslade Train station and bus links)
