After studying over a four year period at Cardiff and the vale collage and Cardiff Metropolitan university as a mature student, graduating with a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Complementary Healthcare with Practitioner status. I am happy to be specialising in Clinical massage, Advanced massage, Holistic massage , Aromatherapy massage, Clinical Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic drainage (RLD), Holistic reflexology and Indian Head massage.
Each client is treated as an individual, treatments are tailored to meet your particular needs. This is achieved through an in-depth consultation prior to first treatment. in turn allowing me to build a tailored treatment plan.
