I went to Helena with severe sciatica, which I'd been suffering for several months. My chiropractor had helped but wasn't able to really help. Helena, in two sessions, managed to relieve me of all pain and enable me to walk distances which I hadn't been able to do for months

Helena is very professional and ensures she is clear about your issues before beginning her treatment. She has a range of 'tools' which worked for me immediately. I cannot stress the immense relief I experienced after two sessions.
