As a Male client I have to say I was quite sceptical of the benefits of Reflexology. My wife talked about how good it was and I decided to eventually give it a try. I can honestly say that I have been very pleasantly surprised at how I’ve responded to the treatment. I feel reconnected to my feet and also to my body in general. I often turn up feeling pretty tired and even a bit grumpy.
Lorraine always fits the reflexology to how Im feeling- working on the areas of my feet that need it and I always leave feeling relaxed and re- energised.
Lorraine runs a very professional and friendly service in a very comfortable setting and I can whole heartedly recommend her.

Excellent treatment. Excellent therapist. Lorraine is professional, caring, supportive and kind. I received a course of treatments which I highly recommend. The treatments were, in my experience, extremely effective and have helped me physically, mentally and emotionally. Her skill and effectiveness as a therapist is amazing.
