Introduction
Hello my name is Lynn. I have been providing therapies for 18 years. I provide a variety of 'alternative' therapies as listed to help you unwind, de-stress and re-focus. I hope you will find it a sanctuary from the hectic modern lifestyle, and a calming and soothing environment in which to take time out for yourself.
My aim is to assist you in addressing any physical and emotional wellbeing issues through the use of effective 'holistic techniques which will put you in a state of self healing and allow you to rebalance from the inside out. The traditional Usui Reiki training I provide is on a one to one basis and all levels are taught in a relaxed environment.
