Introduction
The Bowen Technique is a gentle yet relaxing treatment focusing on releasing tension within the body. You can receive treatment either lying down, sitting or even standing! The treatment consists of rolling movements over the soft tissues and treats the body as a whole. During the session there will be short breaks which allow the body to relax and process the moves.
