Introduction
I offer a range of therapies that can be stand alone treatments and also a complement to conventional medicine. Through my studies I have achieved degree level qualifications in a range of clinical, remedial, sports and therapeutic body massage techniques, reflexology, aromatherapy, nutrition, anatomy and physiology and pathophysiology. I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life and ages, and plan my treatments to best suits my clients needs and goals. Everyone can benefit from complementary therapies and with the variety I offer I aim to tailor my sessions to each individual, with a full consultation at the first visit and continuous aftercare advice.
