Introduction
Trained as a Medical Orderly in 1954 and taught basic lumbar massage in January 1955.
Introduced to Ayurvedic Massage in Malalya in 1955 and worked with an Ayurvedic massage practitioner 1956-58 on sports injuries. In 1964/65 received additional training in Borneo.
In 1996 taught scar tissue repair massage at FPH, Hants by the Physiotherapy team.
Formally trained body massage and reflexology 1999/2000.
I began my interest in LDM in 1983 and in 1999 developed the lymphatic system module in the Body certificate course into a specialised technique. I published a training manual for qualified therapists in 2000 and an updated version in 2010.
