Introduction
Balm Therapies offers an holistic approach to wellbeing, utilising a range of complimentary therapies which facilitate the process of creating balance.
As an holistic practitioner I fully recognise that the psychological challenges which we experience can sometimes manifest themselves in physical symptoms e.g. insomnia, headaches, and fatigue.
It is with this knowledge that I work with each recipient to identify a treatment which will assist in bringing about calm and clarity, so often the basis for managing underlying sources of stress.
The treatments which are offered are flexible and client focused. Ultimately I will seek to establish what feels right for you, in your journey towards achieving balance and well being.
