Introduction
Hello, I'm Jan and I qualified as a reflexologist in 2004. I am based in Littlehampton, West Sussex and offer a mobile service to my clients so that they can be treated in the comfort of their own home. Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy based on the idea that the feet and hands are also a map of the body and that by working reflex points on this 'map' it can help the whole body maintain balance, reduce stress and its symptoms so the client feels calm and relaxed to face the day. As I am a mobile therapist I operate within a 10 mile radius of Littlehampton, however I would consider visiting clients further a field at an extra cost per mile.
