ALMA is a holistic massage therapy service providing treatments to private clients, corporates and events in London and surrounding areas.

Nicola Carranza is the founder of ALMA. The name is of Latin origin which means “nourishing, kind soul” and aligns with the intention to offer nurturing self-care.

ALMA believes that an integrated evidence-based holistic approach works best, treating the whole person rather than individual symptoms to balance our mental, physical, emotional and soul wellness.

Qualified and insured in multiple massage disciplines, ALMA offers a variety of treatments to help clients using a unique combination of massage, breathwork and stretches to balance, release and heal.
