Thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Selina and I have been working with professional dancers, gymnasts and athletes as well as members of the general public for over 20 years. I am the owner of Movement Massage and Minds. I combine mindfulness and mental health practices with movement therapy to rehabilitate soft tissue injuries and rebalance the mind and body. Services are both clinic based (London SE25) and mobile (Croydon and surrounding areas)
