I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport Injury Treatment, and an HND in the Science and Management of Health and Fitness. As a sports therapist I help musculoskeletal injuries using sports massage, joint mobilisation, postural assessment and correction, strengthening, mobility work, exercise, ultrasound, and cryo/thermotherapy.
