Introduction
Having always had passion for sport and exercise and following a serious rugby injury I qualified as a Holistic Massage Therapist in 2006 progressing on Sports Massage Therapy in 2007.
I have always been committed to helping other like minded people in achieving their goals and the I have found that the use of Sport & remedial Massage is a key ingredient to allowing both serious competitors and keep fit enthusiast a like allows for these goals to be achieved.
I have studied Sports Massage at both Truro College initially and the Massage Training School in Exmouth where I achieved my Btec Level 5 qualifications in 2012.
During my time as a practitione I have treated a wide and varied type of sportsman from the Fun Runner to Endurance Athle
