I am a degree educated, level 4 Advanced Sports Therapist, I am also a fully qualified fitness instructor and indoor group cycling instructor. I am qualified in Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage. Taping and Strapping. I specialise in providing a holistic therapeutic service and am qualified to work with injured soft tissue, assess injuries, provide preventative sports massage therapy and rehabilitation for injuries, relieving pain and improving overall well-being. I come from a competitive sporting background in gymnastics, marathon running and Ironman Triathlons. I am very passionate about my work and care deeply about my individual clients and their well-being.
