Introduction
In 2009 I established ‘Go Wellbeing’ – to take specialist wellbeing services into the workplace and community, helping to improve the emotional, physical and overall welfare of a varied group of people.
I offer a seated onsite massage service for adults at work and am a qualified IMPACT Instructor. IMPACT helps people more effectively manage stress and improve overall wellbeing. Techniques are available for a wide variety of groups including early years, young people and adults at educational establishments, the care sector and those responsible for corporate and staff wellbeing.
I am a qualified Massage in Schools Programme instructor and work in schools across Worcestershire & West Midlands. I also run my own holistic therapy business.
