My name is Sharon (AKA Shari), I commenced my journey with complementary therapies in the noughties, every day has been a learning day since. I am passionate about providing holistic complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), which I consider the Mother of modern day medicine.
As well as volunteering for St Helena since 2016, working for the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, and Colchester's Cancer Wellbeing Centre since 2021, I provide mobile complementary therapies around the Essex and Suffolk borers. I am trauma aware and a provider of safe space.
