Introduction
I have been working in healthcare for more than 20 years, mainly as a nurse. This gave me a great interest in the effect touch has on our well-being and led me to train as a holistic massage therapist.
Since 2011 I have been working with a wide variety of clients around the Newport area. During an appointment I use a combination of Swedish, cupping, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and hands free techniques, depending on what is most suitable.
I am also trained and insured to offer Sharon Wheeler's ScarWork. This uses light touch techniques to release tightness, increase ease of movement and give greater comfort on and around scars.
Clinic appointments are available at Wellfield Clinic and Morrello Clinic, Newport.
