Introduction
I'm a Level 5 Qualified Reflexologists.
I trained in an innovative technique called Duopody Reflexology (where both feet are worked on at the same time). My Level 5 training also included traditional Reflexology (Ingham Technique); Hand Reflexology; Reflexology for Cancer & Palliative Care; Universal Technique; and Foot Reading. I attended CPD courses including Reproflexology (which cover both male and female fertility issues; as well as general gynaecological issues); Maternity Reflexology; Reflexology Perimenopause & Menopause; Facial Reflexology; Sportsflex (muscle injuries); Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.
I'm trained to Master Teacher Level in Reiki. I teach Reiki courses.
I'm qualified in Indian Head Massage.
