Introduction
Tracy qualified as a beauty therapist in Pembrokeshire College Haverfordwest, and has completed numerous courses over the years, such as Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage and Hotstone Massage.
In 2015 qualified in Jennifer Young Post graduate courses in oncology facials, massage, reflexology & Indian Head Massage, Plus Train the Trainer.
Tracy qualified as a reflexologist in 2011, and has had one to one tuition with Ann Gillanders, for reflexology in cancer care, completed Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) training with Sally Kay and Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT) with Lorraine Senior, plus advanced facial reflexology with Ziggi Bergman in 2022.
