Introduction
I am Beth of RnRTherapies. R is for Reiki and R is for Reflexology as well as rest, relaxation, repair, reset and recover. I have been practising hands on therapies since 2002 and, before this, I was a classroom teacher. I focus on reiki and reflexology to help restore balance in the body . However, I bring in my other tools of aromatherapy , massage and sound therapy where appropriate.
I write my own meditations and healing music as an experienced music maker and I work with all ages and genders. I
I have practised in holistic health centres, osteopath clinics, onsite massage for businesses . As of March 2022, I am so happy to have created RnRTherapies in Magor, a corner of light in this mad world where you can escape to when needed.
