Introduction
My approach to therapy follows a clearly defined protocol utilising well proven soft tissue therapeutic methods, mainly: Bowen Technique, Advanced Massage and Somatic Education based upon concepts derived from Tai Chi. My aim is to bring your body into symmetry to enable free, easy and efficient movement.

Bowen Technique is a light touch therapy that is focused on releasing muscle tension and regaining full range of movement. Sports Massage and Advanced Massage utilises Deep Tissue Bodywork, Muscle Energy Techniques and Trigger Point Therapy to achieve Myofascial Release to address chronic restrictions to regain movement and improve posture. Improving day to day function and enhancing sporting performance.
