Introduction
Hello, my name is Alison. I have always had a love of complementary therapies and qualified as a reflexologist and in Indian head massage in 2000. I worked for a mental health charity and saw first-hand, the impact of today’s challenging world and the effect it can have on us all. After making some life changing decisions, I moved to Suffolk in 2020 and now do my dream job from a therapy room, The Wellbeing Shed, in my garden in Woodbridge.

I have a warm, intuitive approach and believe that it is vital that we make time for ourselves and our wellbeing.
