Introduction
I am a fully qualified VTCT sports massage therapist. Sports massage isn’t just for athletes. The techniques involved are suitable for both sports people and non-athletes alike and can help with muscle aches and pains in all of us!.

Sports Massage is a type of massage therapy which utilises deep tissue techniques, with the aim of reducing muscular tension, discomfort and pain to restore balance to the musculo-skeletal system and optimise flexibility.

As well as the physical benefits it has also shown to have many pyschological benefits which include an improved sense of wellbeing and a reduction in stress and anxiety as endorphins are released into your body to aid relaxation and promote better sleep.
