Nirvana Therapies

I didn’t know what to expect when I first booked a session at Nirvana Therapies with Saoirse. I was initially drawn to it to help with anxiety and, honestly, went in without knowing much about these treatments. From the very first session, Saoirse explained both practices in a way that was clear and reassuring, letting me know what to expect and how I could make the most out of each session.

My first experience with Reiki was unlike anything I’d tried before. I came in feeling a bit nervous, unsure of how it would work, but left completely refreshed and grounded. Reiki has a very calming effect; I felt a sense of peace and clarity that’s difficult to put into words. As for reflexology, it’s both relaxing and reinvigorating—hard to believe so much can be done just by working on the feet! Each session leaves me with a renewed sense of energy.

Now, it’s become a regular monthly slot, and I look forward to every session. These treatments have been essential in managing my anxiety, but beyond that, they’ve brought a welcome sense of balance and relaxation into my life. If you’re considering trying Reiki or reflexology, I can’t recommend Nirvana Therapies and Saoirse enough.
