Hello ! My name is Fiona Jackson and I am a Fully Qualified and Insured Reflexologist and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
My Summer house is based on the family Farm in Rural Aberdeenshire and it is here that I undertake my Reflexology Treatments. A lovely peaceful area with stunning views over the Aberdeenshire countryside. A perfect place to Relax , Restore and rebalance after a busy week.

Reflexology is a treatment that involves a massage of the feet using reflex points which are connected to different organs in your body. By using gentle pressure we can help to aid relaxation , relieve stress and anxiety , increase energy, improve sleep and mood and promoted a general feeling of well-being.
