I'm Jo,
Cwtch Holistic Therapies is based in Hensol in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.
I trained as a Reflexologist in 1999 and hold a Diploma in Reflexology. I'm full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and I hold public liability and medical indemnity insurance.
Previously I worked as a Special Needs Teacher and Primary School Teacher and have taught for over 20 years. I trained and worked as a Nurse for People with Learning Difficulties.
I have a great deal of experience in the area of special needs and my reflexology practice is learning disability and autistic friendly, adapting treatment sessions and the environment to accommodate any specific needs that client's may require.
