Introduction
How does sound healing work?

Sound affects us in two ways via:

Psychoacoustics– The sound enters the body through the ears into the brain which in turn then affects the brainwaves, the nervous system and heart rate.

Vibroacoustics- The vibration of instruments and frequencies on and off the body promotes energy flow, circulation and affects the body down to a cellular level.

There are many benefits of using sound to improve your health here are just three. Nervous system reset and balance, pain management and stress reduction.
Please refer to the research tab on my website for in depth scientific reports and evidence for the benefits.
I am currently working from Darwen and Bolton Lancashire.
