Introduction
I am a qualified and fully insured holistic and sports massage therapist with more than 20 years experience. Affiliated to the Federation of Holistic Therapists, I am qualified to massage such groups as professional dancers , athletes and footballers.
Introduced to massage in my teenage years this early experience instilled in me the passion I have today for massage and its innumerable benefits. I was regularly used as 'the body' for students of the Southsea School of Massage, as well practising techniques for myself.
Taking the opportunity to gain professional qualifications, I attained an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage.
